    Please consider volunteering your time and/or donating items for our swim meet. The kids and the Coaches NEED you to help run this swim meet smoothly! It really does take a village to run these swim meets, and we NEED as many volunteers as we can get!

    Don't be afraid to sign up for a job you may not be familiar with, we have all been new to these swim meets. Come to the Admin table before the start of the meet and we can help train you for the position. Just remember none of the jobs are too terribly difficult.

    ***Parents there is A LOT Of information in the meet flyer regarding the nuances of this swim meet. PLEASE REVIEW the meet flyer for the rules.***

    There will be 2 different groups for this swim meet – Senior and Age Group Open!!

    Swimmers can choose between Senior sessions OR the Age Group Open sessions but NOT both!!


    Senior – PM Prelims and AM Finals

    Session 1 0330pm Warm Up 0500pm Start – Prelims

    Friday June 5

    Session 2 0630am Warm Up 0800am Start – Finals

    Saturday June 6

    Age Group Open – Midday Timed Finals

    Senior rules:

    Senior session are Sessions 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8.

    Any age athlete can swim in the Senior sessions as long as they meet the qualifying times listed for each event.

    Bonus events for seniors – If you have 1 qualifying time, you can swim a maximum of 4 bonus events. Bonus events cannot be 200m or over.

    Prelim/Finals for Senior session (meaning you swim prelims and IF you qualify you come back to swim finals).


    Age Group Open rules:

    Age Group Open session are Sessions 3, 6, and 9.

    There is no age limit or qualifying times for the Age Group Open sessions.

    Timed finals for this session (meaning 1 swim for each event).
