The first step in joining the team is to to schedule an evaluation for your swimmer. 


We run evaluations every Wednesday and Thursday at 5:00PM. Please text us at 520 820 3233 or email justinmslade@gmail.com if you would like to be added to the evaluation schedule.


The evaluation allows us to best place them into the appropriate practice group. All new swimmers are then afforded a one-week trial period with a practice group. 


All swim team members are required to purchase a membership at the Aquabear Swim Club.

The fee for 2025-2026 is $105 and will pro rate every 3 months Sept 1 through Aug 31st 2026.

All swim team members are also required to be USA SWIMMING registered in order to participate in practices and  swim meets.  The registration fee for the 2026 season is $82 for a premium membership or $30 for a flex membership (12&U swimmers who participate in 2 or less meets each year). Register with USA SWIMMING HERE. 


If you are transferring form another USA Swimming team you will also be required to TRANSFER YOUR SWIMMER to BEAR here and pay a $15 transfer fee.
